Job Description
- Run strategic business initiatives within the Flink Netherlands organization
- Take ownership from opportunity sizing and project planning to execution and stakeholder management
- Bring structure to projects across the organization, special focus on driving efficiency initiatives for our operations organization (55 hubs across the Netherlands)
- Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- The right hand of, and reporting to the Managing Director
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in management consulting, banking or fast-paced scale up
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You are a pragmatic problem solver and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed
- Proven analytical track record
- Startup mindset & owner mentality
- You are a team player and collaborator at heart
- An academic degree in a quantitative field
- Fluent in English, Dutch strong plus
