Job Description

  • Run strategic business initiatives within the Flink Netherlands organization
  • Take ownership from opportunity sizing and project planning to execution and stakeholder management
  • Bring structure to projects across the organization, special focus on driving efficiency initiatives for our operations organization (55 hubs across the Netherlands)
  • Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • The right hand of, and reporting to the Managing Director

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of work experience in management consulting, banking or fast-paced scale up
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • You are a pragmatic problem solver and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed
  • Proven analytical track record
  • Startup mindset & owner mentality
  • You are a team player and collaborator at heart
  • An academic degree in a quantitative field
  • Fluent in English, Dutch strong plus
