GDS Growth Office Chief of StaffKey Role:
Design, implement, and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions. Maintain responsibility for the supervision and development of first level supervisors and managers. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
⢠10+ years of experience with professional services and managing complex programs
⢠Experience with developing and executing business strategies and supporting initiatives
⢠Experience with developing and executing strategic communications plans, including speech writing and strategic Microsoft PowerPoint deck creation
⢠Ability to gather and analyze data and develop strategic business content
⢠Ability to thrive as a self-starter, work as an individual contributor, and deliver outcomes based on high-level guidance and expectations
⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and adaptability while leading positively through ambiguity and change
⢠Ability to handle multiple, competing time and project demands and deliver expected results on schedule
⢠Ability to develop and sustain relationships with senior leaders and staff, making every person feel valued
⢠Ability to build and lead a matrixed team and work through others to accomplish goals and deliver outcomes
⢠Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
⢠Experience with capture and proposal efforts
⢠Experience with CRM tool and relative reporting
⢠Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes quickly

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.
