We're Frøya Organics and Norse Organics — two fast-growing skincare brands powered by hyper-potent Arctic herbs and beeswax, loved by 500,000+ customers across the US, Canada, and Europe. Our mission is simple: reverse skin damage without chemicals, fillers, or fluff. Our customers are mostly women over 45, frustrated by aging skin, hormonal acne, and the lies they've been sold by Big Beauty. Now we need a financial co-pilot. Not to make slides. To build systems. Sharpen decisions. And drive profitable scale. This is not a reporting job. It's a leverage job.
Key Outcomes
- Lead and structure the finance team for scale
- Improve capital efficiency and reduce cash conversion cycle
- Help founders make better and faster strategic decisions
- Support global expansion and fundraising efforts (if needed)
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that drive action
What You'll Own
- Rebuild our financial model into a living, strategic tool
- Shorten our cash conversion cycle, optimize ad spend timing, and build clarity around CAC payback
- Partner with the founders on capital allocation, scenario planning, and fundraising readiness
- Build a finance "stack" that runs lean, fast, and async — your dashboards replace half the meetings
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cohort analysis, and ops finance (inventory, logistics, promos)
- Help us see clearly across markets (US, CA, AU, EU), products, and customer cohorts
You'll Thrive Here If...
- You're ex-McKinsey, BCG, Big 4 (TS/M&A), or startup FP&A with scars to prove it
- You want your work to matter — to shape outcomes, not decks
- You obsess over CAC:LTV, contribution margin, and why "gross profit" is a lie without context
- You're independent, fast, and hate being micromanaged
- You've got 10 dashboards, but only look at 3. The ones that actually drive decisions.
- You're the kind of person who gets mad when marketing says "ROAS was great" but can't back it up with contribution margins

Location & Language
- Based in or from: Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, or remote from anywhere like Lisbon or Bali
- Fluent English (other languages welcome)
