Director, Global Operations Systems
Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader for Operationsâ Tool needs. Work cross-functionally with global teams and leadership across the company to identify new strategic tool investment areas, identify process improvement opportunities, influence platform and tooling roadmaps as part of the product development cycle.
- Influence the technical roadmap for engineering ensuring Opsâ critical needs are represented and prioritized. Build strong relationships with multiple engineering stakeholders.
- Lead strategic initiatives to transform the quality of agent tooling for Operations including bringing perspective on how we should best be leveraging AI in our tooling.
- Provide strong and visionary leadership to your teams, enhance and develop a strong team culture of trust and commitment to impact in how we support our community, define north star for world class community support experience.
- Partner with global leaders, HR, L&D & Recruiting to develop and execute on a holistic people strategy to attract, retain and develop top talent and role model leadership best practices.
- Deliver on key Global Ops Priorities, partnering with other leaders to improve how we operate and deliver results for Meta.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations domain experience, managing multi-country operations in domains such as customer service, tooling and platforms, risk management, process improvement in operations.
- Experience engaging on and shaping technical roadmaps to deliver on team priorities.
- 10+ years people management experience including managing leaders and managing remotely across regions, proven track record of attracting, scaling and developing teams.
- Cross-functional leadership and relationship building: Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Thought leadership: Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming operations to provide customer experience through innovation and improvement.
- Experience communicating effectively to all levels of the organization, including executives.

Compensation
$285,000/year to $331,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
