Job Description

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading cross-functional teams that identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans for achieving operational excellence. This role will oversee the PMO, company communications, standard operating policies, and drive ongoing continuous improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to achieve operational excellence goals. Demonstrate thought leadership to drive ongoing continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs to measure operational performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee NCM’s PMO and all associated employees.
  • Oversee the business analysts to provide value to the business units in streamlined processes and enhanced productivity
  • Enhance NCM’s communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging across various channels.
  • Lead and implement best practices surrounding M&A integration teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and deploy best practices for the organization.
  • Introduce, deploy, and train employees on standard operating policies (SOP's) related to our departments.
  • Ensure the implementation team has a strong knowledge of the process and content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
