As our new Operations Director, you will become part of our cross-functional Finance & Operations Team. As such, you will manage and lead a team of operations and support specialists and be responsible for the effective and successful management of resources, productivity, quality control, and support as established and set up for the Operations Department. In addition, your main objectives include enhancement of operational procedures, systems, and principles that enable information flow and management, business processes, reporting and identifying opportunities to optimize and streamline systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and implement a service billing organizational structure that is in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Enable and support our sales and delivery teams, collaborating with senior management to deliver on our strategic roadmap
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, and manage the operations and support team
  • Provide operational insights and guidance for strategic planning and reviews, along with developing and executing action plans
  • Work closely with General Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and follow through with implementation

Your Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Operations Management, ideally within the technology sector
  • 3 years in leadership role, including managing and developing teams
  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within a B2B technology or software resale/distribution environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities with a track record of aligning team objectives with company goals
  • In-depth understanding of business operations, process design, and systems integration

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams
  • You possess excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
