Commercial Banking Chief of Staff Office | Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant
About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant. This role is within the Commercial Banking (CB) Chief of Staff office, which is responsible for managing operating routines and key initiatives for the CEO of Commercial Banking, the CB Leadership Team, and the CB Operating Committee. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will work very closely with the Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant on the team and will report to the CB Chief of Staff. This role will support the team in developing presentations, executing strategic initiatives, and driving other key work efforts in direct support of the Chief of Staff and CB leadership.
In This Role, You Will
- Work closely with Commercial Banking cross functional teams, including sales enablement, data and analytics, strategy, risk teams, and business management to define and execute priority work.
- Assist in preparing formal presentations for senior executive leadership team, including the Wells Fargo Operating Committee, CB CEO, and CB Leadership Team.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Help identify improvement opportunities across Commercial Banking line of business in terms of operating rhythms and execution.
- Drive accountability and/or facilitate cross-functional teams to help with delivery of various key deliverables.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced staff within the group
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalate issues to more experienced management.
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including significant prior experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to present complex data and ideas in presentation form, including the ability to tell a clear, concise story through words and pictures
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, including the ability to maintain top- quality work while meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and communicating effectively to various levels of staff and management
- Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus
- Sense of urgency, passion for results, resourcefulness, and personal accountability for achievement
- Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
- Previous experience in and/or knowledge and understanding of Commercial Banking lines of business

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
