The Role
We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO — a strategic, program-driven leader who will act as a force multiplier for the CEO. You’ll translate top priorities into well-run, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes across the business.
· This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, execution excellence, and working at the intersection of strategy and operations.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–8 years in Tier-1 management consulting (e.g. MBB or equivalent), ideally in technology, software, data/AI, or digital operations.
- Proven record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from concept to measurable results.
- Strong analytical and communication skills — able to structure problems, model outcomes, and tell a crisp executive story.
- High integrity, collaborative mindset, and comfort with ambiguity in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Nice to Have: Experience in pharma/biotech/medtech or clinical development.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)
- Two to three flagship programs delivered from charter to measurable impact.
- A repeatable operating playbook for CEO-level initiatives.
- Trusted advisor status with the CEO and executive team through consistent delivery and clear storytelling.
What You’ll Be Doing
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end CEO-sponsored programs — define scope, milestones, owners, and risks.
- Build program dashboards and executive narratives that keep sponsors, teams, and stakeholders aligned.
- Drive progress reviews and ensure commitments turn into tangible results
Strategic Projects & Problem Solving
- Take ownership of high-impact, ambiguous challenges — frame problems, model scenarios, test solutions, and make clear recommendations.
- Prepare materials and insights for the CEO’s external engagements (board, investors, partners, industry forums).
- Manage follow-ups and ensure outcomes are captured and acted upon.
Executive Enablement
- Support the CEO’s operating rhythm, from ELT meetings to strategic reviews, ensuring clarity, coordination, and delivery.
- Partner with Finance, People, and Analytics to track performance metrics and decision follow-through.
- Serve as a connector across the leadership team to maintain focus and momentum.
