We were built on the back of 5+ years of experience in education finance, skills training, and workforce development. After launching with several Fortune 500 partners and Industry Leaders we are seeking to build the team to take us to the next level of rapid growth.
Who We are Looking For
This is a high responsibility operating role. You will be working directly with the CEO and in some cases fully assuming management responsibilities for some functions. This is the ideal opportunity to launch into a role as Head of Operations or COO.
As part of the team, you will:
- Work hand in hand on a daily basis with the CEO to drive business execution.
- Assume direct responsibility over managing several operational business functions.
- Be a thought leader in shaping strategy and new business initiatives.
What youâll bring:
- Must Have: killer operating skills, growth mentality, and strong desire to build a fast-growing startup in the workforce development space.
- 3+ years of work experience. Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment and/or management consultant.
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
- Equity: 0.25% - 1%
