About The Role

Chief of Staff (CoS)

The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a pivotal advisor to the CEO of the AI Infrastructure Division, leading initiatives that position Hut 8 as a leader in AI infrastructure services. The CoS will play a key role in tracking AI industry trends, fostering internal communication, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration within Hut 8.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, assisting in the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Manage critical projects, ensuring alignment with Hut 8’s AI infrastructure objectives.
• Monitor AI industry trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Facilitate internal communication and cross-functional collaboration within Hut 8.
• Assist in meeting preparation and note-taking, ensuring actionable follow-ups are identified and implemented.
• And other duties as assigned.

About You

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Over 4 years of experience in strategic roles within technology, AI-focused environments.
• Demonstrated project management and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across various levels of the organization.

About The Work Environment

This role is in office at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.
