· Strong commercial acumen with confidence interacting with senior investors and institutional partners, and confident in selling and closing deals
· Comfortable with financial discussions and able to understand financial concepts
· Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a small, fast-moving team
· Team-oriented, adaptable, and highly proactive in seeking out opportunities
· Strong written and oral communication skills (fluent English is essential)
· London-based, with authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred Qualifications:
· Exposure to multi-jurisdictional businesses or cross-border operational projects
