Backed by leading venture studio 25Madison and investors with deep healthcare and fintech experience, we’re preparing for a major market launch in October 2025.
We’re looking for an ambitious Chief of Staff to join our founding team. This role will work directly alongside our CEO and leadership team to accelerate company growth, drive strategy, and build the operational foundation for long-term success.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategy, execution, and high-priority initiatives
• Own mission-critical workstreams across operations, product, and partnerships
• Lead compliance, licensing, vendor diligence, and customer onboarding efforts
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product and business strategy
• Manage external relationships with stakeholders and support business development efforts
• Support investor relations, board communications, and fundraising preparation
• Jump into complex problems to keep the company moving forward — whether that’s preparing a board deck, building an internal system, or solving a fire drill

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or early-stage startups
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and communication abilities
• Track record of owning high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Experience in or passion for healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and accountability
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
