CHIEF OF STAFF

Job Summary:

rag & bone is seeking a highly organized and strategic-minded individual to join our team in a newly created role as Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the COO and Executive Leadership to streamline operations, drive key initiatives, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO and Executive Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives
  • Oversee critical projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Lead efforts to optimize operational processes and workflows, driving efficiency and scalability across departments and functions
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, enabling informed decision-making and resource allocation
  • Drive organizational change initiatives by developing change management plans, engaging stakeholders, and implementing communication strategies to ensure successful adoption
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments, promoting transparency, communication, and knowledge sharing
  • Provide high-level support to the Executive Team, including agenda development, meeting facilitation, and follow-up on items
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic goals, providing regular updates and reports to executive leadership

Requirements:

  • MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to success
  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Possess understanding of high integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding company values, confidentiality, and principles

Salary Range:

$175,000 - $200,000 based on experience level
