The Opportunity

Attest is accelerating its growth and we are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO. This is a unique role at the heart of the business, acting as a strategic partner and operational glue across the organisation.

This role will suit someone with a consulting, investment, or strategy background who wants to transition into an operational leadership role. You’ll balance strategy, execution, and influence — driving high-impact projects, enabling the executive team to deliver at pace, and ensuring the CEO’s priorities are executed effectively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Leadership & Execution. 
  • Partner with the CEO and Exec team to shape and implement company strategy. 
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable projects with clear ownership and outcomes. 
  • Track progress against priorities, proactively unblocking issues to ensure delivery. 
  • Lead high-profile special projects that sit across functions. 

Growth & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support on evaluating new opportunities for growth, including partnerships and market expansion.
  • Lead analysis and due diligence for strategic projects. 
  • Build repeatable playbooks for execution of growth initiatives. 

Organisational Glue

  • Act as a trusted extension of the CEO — amplifying capacity and ensuring follow-through. 
  • Support exec alignment through structured decision-making, agenda setting, and communication. 
  • Drive accountability across teams while building trust and influence at all levels. 

Operational Enablement

  • Improve cross-functional execution by operationalising strategy across the business. 
  • Support execs and team leaders with structured approaches to project management and prioritisation. 
  • Identify opportunities to increase organisational clarity, speed, and impact. 

Key Requirements For The Role

  • Background in consulting, VC, PE, or investment banking, with exposure to strategy and growth projects.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic skills, ideally with experience in transactions or corporate development. 
  • Proven ability to operationalise complex strategies into measurable outcomes. 
  • Excellent communicator, skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and building alignment. 
  • Highly adaptable, intellectually curious, and comfortable with ambiguity. 
  • Ambition to grow into a future COO, GM, or business unit leader role.
