Role: Fractional Chief of Staff

Key responsibilities may include:

• Acting as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Managing cross-functional projects, OKR tracking, and strategic initiative execution
• Driving operational excellence through process improvements, systems implementation, and workflow optimization
• Preparing internal communications, board presentations, and strategic briefings
• Leading executive meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action item tracking
• Advising on organizational planning, resource allocation, and priority setting
• Supporting fundraising, M&A readiness, investor relations, or special projects as needed
• Acting as a liaison between leadership, departments, and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and velocity

Required qualities may include:

• Proven experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or senior program management roles
• Proven success supporting CEOs, founders, or C-suite executives in scaling companies or managing transformation
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or evolving environments
• Ability to translate vision and strategy into actionable plans and drive them to completion
• Experience with operational frameworks such as OKRs, KPIs, or Agile methodology is highly valued
• Prior consulting, advisory, or fractional experience is a strong plus
• Background in sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, or education is advantageous
