Compensation:

$165,000 to $200,000 annually

Position Summary

The Chief of Staff will make an impact by streamlining strategic initiatives and communicating objectives among cross-functional teams at Cardone Ventures. The individual is responsible for supporting the Executive in executing strategic projects, managing their day-to-day operations, and pushing priorities forward to make progress on key initiatives. A successful individual in this role will possess a high level of business acumen in order to effectively manage the Executive’s priorities and understand how to give insight and recommendations while ensuring alignment to business goals.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Acting as a key advisor to the President, ensuring she is informed with timely and data-backed context. This helps executives move faster and more confidently.
  • Acting as a high-level advisor to the President, enabling fast, confident, and well-informed decision-making
  • Acting as a communication bridge between leadership and the broader team, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Maintaining situational awareness across all Cardone Ventures entities and surfacing only what matters most
  • Anticipating executive needs and eliminating roadblocks before they arise

OBJECTIVES

  • Serve as an operational and strategic extension of the President across all portfolio companies
  • Translate executive strategy into clear departmental objectives and track accountability across departments
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on investor reporting, capital allocation, and deal support documentation
  • Create key documents, decks, and communications on behalf of the President
  • Maintain a high-level view of organizational performance, structure, and leadership bandwidth
  • Prepare the President for all key meetings with metrics summaries and decks decision trees
  • Handle internal escalations and decisions in lieu of the President, where appropriate
  • Manage and refine internal communication channels to support alignment, transparency, and change management
  • Proof, vet, and finalize key documents, decks, and communications before Executive review
  • Audit team reporting and internal updates for accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance

COMPETENCIES

  • High EQ and executive presence: knows when to push, when to listen, and when to act
  • Strong project management and execution discipline in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven thinker with the ability to create clear reports, decks, and narratives for exec-level and investor use
  • Proven ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment across senior leaders
  • Strong visual communicator with fluency in presentation design and process mapping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present on behalf of the President
  • Track record of handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and how to navigate them for outcomes

Education And Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategic/operational role
  • MBA preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Travel required –up to 25%
