- Create and deliver fun and rewarding employee experiences that create a connected, aligned, and motivated employee base.
- Project manage employee engagement initiatives, including anniversary gifts and lifecycle acknowledgments.

- Improve and maintain internal knowledge base articles, process documentation, and resources to empower employees to be self-directed and successful.
- Assist our finance team with accounts payable interactions, including (but not limited to) fielding inquiries, providing documentation, and acknowledging receipt of invoices.
Nice-to-Have Responsibilities

- Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Project Manager, People Ops Manager, or in a similar generalist operations role.
- Excellent interpersonal, emailing, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience with public speaking, leading meetings, and facilitating group conversations.
- You need to be crafty. Both in terms of problem-solving and literally in terms of arts & crafts. This role requires a weird amount of creativity and printing/cutting/gluing/designing/Canva-ing, etc.
- Ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in nebulous environments with rapidly changing priorities and varied stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills. LikeâŠspooky good organizational skills.
- You are eager to learn. As a pioneer in a new space, there are still uncharted territories to be explored. You have a hunger for learning and an interest in being the best at what you do.
