Chief of Staff

Role Summary

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with Notable's Chief Executive Officer to drive maximum impact from their activities. In this position, you will prioritize, nurture, and execute the company's most important growth initiatives with our CEO and the broader leadership team. You will build the execution plan and assemble the right teammates & resources to achieve outcomes that matter for the business. Your impact will directly contribute to the near-term & long-term success of Notable.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth progress across operational and financial activities toward strategic goals.
  • Drive process across the entire Executive Leadership Team to ensure everyone is running effectively and on the highest priorities/challenges.
  • Oversee organization-wide projects and initiatives; bring together stakeholders and help drive decisions.
  • Provide project planning and management for organizational projects and initiatives, including annual strategic planning processes.
  • Executive project management: oversee projects that typically require cross-functional collaboration and resource allocation.
  • Disseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of the CEO to internal and external stakeholders.
  • In partnership with appropriate team members, develop internal and external agendas for meetings and oversee logistics as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support.
  • Develop and/or document internal processes for communications, operations and other organizational needs with appropriate team members.
  • Work closely with the Executive Administrative Partner to ensure the appropriate management of the CEO's calendar, prioritizing tasks and meetings in alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations/finance at a startup or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of driving success with C-Suite leaders and maximizing growth and impact in existing/emerging markets.
  • Proficient in relationship management among customers, leadership, investors, and other critical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work from our San Mateo, CA HQ at least 3 days per week.
  • Experience in a high growth startup is a plus.
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $190K - $220K
