Overview

Report to and work closely with the CEO, Be the “Glue”, improve and encourage collaboration and communication in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO and other C-Suite executives to drive key team and company priorities
  • Be a trusted delegate to CEO to handle routine day-to-day matters of the organization
  • Collaborate with senior management to determine, develop, and prioritize business and technology strategies
  • Relationship management between the US and Global leadership
  • Partner with executive team members in managing key projects and priorities
  • Initiate and execute change management programs
  • Preparing slides/meeting decks for monthly business review, management meetings, etc.
  • Understand, report, and manage organization and team-level KPIs
  • Lead the extended leadership team and encourage better communication and collaboration, while executing on day-to-day tasks
  • Manage the strategic agenda of the leadership team
  • Run leadership team meetings
  • Ensure a strong, candid team dynamic with productive, professional dialogue
  • Clarify and oversee connection points and initiatives across departments
  • Optimize processes by looking for and addressing gaps and inefficiencies

Requirements

  • Experience in working for a SaaS company
  • Highly analytical and creative thinker with strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an obsessive attention to detail
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to difficult problems
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at all levels
  • Ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
  • Experience working in a highly demanding environment while exhibiting a keen sense of urgency
  • Strong mentorship, conflict management, and decision-making skills
