Job Description

Our client a Family Office in New York City is seeking a VP of Operations & Strategy to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive operational excellence
  • Work with finance team to identify areas to improve profitability and scale, driving specific, tactical initiatives to prioritize execution against each quarter
  • Optimize top-down organizational structure, processes and people experience. Work with recruiters to hire in the best candidates and manage onboarding process. Manage performance review cycle, resource management and pulse surveys to make sure people are driven, accountable and having a great work experience.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency
  • Own strategy and tactical implementation of operational setup across legal, finance, tax, and wealth management needs (entities, bank accounts, etc), aligning with our long-term strategic objectives
  • Percentage reduction in operational costs through process improvements.
  • Timely responses to operational and tactical questions and requirements from the rest of the org
