Job Description

An innovative Mission-Driven VC Firm based in San Francisco is looking for a fantastic and intelligent Executive Assistant to join their team in support of the Office of CEO! This special company is dedicated to supporting mission-driven start-ups and early-stage companies. In this role, you will provide support to the Chief of Staff and the EA to CEO including travel, calendar, event, and expense management. In addition, you will oversee light office management duties for the office.

**This is a Hybrid role and requires flexibility to work in both the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices depending on needs

In this role:

Responsible for heavy calendar management

Successfully coordinate domestic/international travel with precise itineraries

Manage expenses and process invoices with great attention to detail

Handle supplies and inventory for the office

Plan and execute office events and meetings for the firm

Schedule and organize board meetings while making sure all materials needed are prepared

Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3+ years of experience within the finance industry

Bachelor’s degree required

Successfully handle fast-paced environments while being heavily detail-oriented

24/7 mentality

Make quick decisions and be an expert in problem-solving

Ability to schedule with precision and accuracy

Meticulous with details

Show initiative, be resourceful, and highly organized

Effectively multi-task and show great communication skills

High proficiency in technical skills

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Salary: $120 - $135 + Bonus + Stellar Benefits!
