Director of Operations

Role Description

As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence of our company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of our operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with our business goals.


  • Proven experience in a senior operations role within either a payments, banking, fintech or expense management company
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Progressive responsibilities in startup operations, consulting, people management, and/or finance (with at least 2-5+ years at a manager level)
  • Team management experience with multiple direct reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of financial operations, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
