Role Description

Role Overview

You will be directly responsible for the growth and management of a new, fast-growing product at Pika focused on rebates. In the early days, you’ll be working on the ground floor with customers as the single-threaded owner focused on direct operational execution. As the product and revenue scales, this role will include building and managing a team to support product growth.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and articulate the 0-to-1 strategy for our new rebates product

• Revenue Growth: Own existing and net-new customer relationships for the product to grow revenue sustainably

• Execution: Identify and execute on opportunities to automate and refine processes to help the product scale operationally

• Thought Leadership: Be a subject matter expert for rebates both internally and externally with customers, engaging with relevant external stakeholders (e.g. policymakers)

• Collaboration and Mentorship: Partner closely with engineering, design, and product management, and as the company grows, act as an exceptional player-coach by hiring and mentoring new team members

What You Need

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management, engineering, operations, or other highly strategic, analytical, and operational roles within a fast-growing company

• Execution: Proven track record of leading ideation-to-launch projects amidst ambiguity – you’re comfortable at both 10,000 feet and the ground floor

• Technical Proficiency: Experience building automations in low/no-code tools like Retool, Zapier etc.

• Passion for Sustainability: Demonstrable commitment to environmental sustainability and belief in our mission
