Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on critical business matters.
Lead and support strategic planning efforts, including the development and execution of short-term and long-term objectives.
Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across departments to achieve company goals.
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a strategic advisory or chief of staff role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
