CHIEF OF STAFF

THE JOB

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff to Suzy Batiz and her husband Keite Young located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting the couple and executive team, managing projects, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating communications, and facilitating decision-making processes. The Chief of Staff will also oversee operations, assist in strategic planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams allowing space for Suzy and Keite to focus on creativity in all forms. They are creators but don’t want to actively run operations for any of the brands. Teams and reporting structures must be set up and communication flow maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills overseeing multiple companies.

• Excellent fast fact gathering research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience in executive support or similar role.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

• Proactive and resourceful with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Experience in consumer goods, tech or retail industry is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.

• Workflow and Process Improvement, identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline workflows and processes to enhance overall organizational productivity.

SKILLS

• Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.

• Self-starter with an emphasis on creativity but partnered with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize.

• Energetic, inquisitive, collaborative with a great attitude.
