About You
We're Looking For
You enjoy working on early-stage teams and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment. As Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in leveling up our team and processes to prepare for the next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
Strategize:
- Help leadership team align with discussion and documentation
- Hold leadership team accountable through relentlessly tracking action items and prioritizing
- Support the executive team in preparing materials for Board of Directors meetings
- Act as a strategic sounding board to the founders of unspun
Organize:
- Help maintain relationships with existing and new investors
- Co-lead fundraising activities through maintaining pitch decks, financing docs, data room
Mobilize:
- Constantly evaluate organizational gaps and capabilities and can be a substitute project manager for one-off special projects
- Maintain and manage a network of professional service providers, e.g. counsel, to unblock the team from administrative and compliance tasks
- Represent unspun, and act as the CEO proxy, in unique circumstances

Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $120k - $160k, plus 0.025% - 0.045% equity, depending on experience.
