Job Description

Bloom Nutrition is a quickly growing wellness brand founded by fitness influencer and entrepreneur Mari Llewellyn, offering good-for-you supplements. Our team is tight-knit, creative, high performing, and collaborative.

The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and leadership team, ensuring company objectives are met. This role assists in vital initiatives and guides day-to-day operations, facilitating efficient decision-making by organizing and prioritizing critical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a liaison between the CEO, COO, and other executives, clients, and investors
  • Manage and oversee key projects of the executive team, driving them to completion
  • Integrates the company's strategies and other business opportunities and initiatives into a coherent strategic agenda
  • Works with the CEO to streamline strategic initiatives and communicate objectives to other leaders or stakeholders
  • Serves as liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding company climate, project updates, goals, and planning recommendations
  • Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives
  • Builds and develops relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness
  • Represents the CEO in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Builds relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of leadership and effective management in a fast-moving, startup environment, reporting to a CEO, divisional President, or senior-most functional officer
  • Ideally experience in the CPG industry working across multiple business segments within an organization
  • Strong background in finance, with the use of operating metrics to track and drive decision making for the management team
  • Consistently utilizes data and has an analytical approach to shape strategies and optimize performance
  • Demonstrated success building systems that enabled a business to scale and support growth
  • Ability to manage a large number of simultaneous initiatives and set of deliverables
  • 5+ years' experience in assessing and managing complex, cross-functional projects in organizations going through significant change and growth
