A few takeaways:
- A really helpful article shared by Lauren. Aiming to send the article to a new executive(s) before they start to get on the same page
- aim to have a measured 30-60 days. We heard a story of where an executive moved too fast and then ultimately lost their job because they didn't really know the business
- aim to help this person get small wins
- As a Chief, aim to level-set with the new executive as soon as you can. Ideally learn more why they got hired and what their 30-60-90 day roadmap looks like
- try to create User Manuals and have conversations about them, and also revisit them often (i.e. quarterly)
