Rachel Lau oversees Go-to-Market Treasury Strategy and Operations for PayPal and its subsidiaries from the New York office. Prior to PayPal, Rachel worked at Via Transportation as Chief of Staff to the CEO and as an Expansion Manager, overseeing the launch of Via's shared-ride technology in new markets. She has also worked at J.P. Morgan in its New York and Hong Kong offices. Rachel completed her BSBA in Finance and International Business with a minor in Psychology at Georgetown University.

Dev Sethi is the Head of Sports at Instagram. He oversees strategic partnerships across the sports ecosystem, including athletes, leagues, teams, and media organizations. Before joining Instagram in fall 2018, Dev was Complex Networks' first Chief of Staff reporting to CEO Rich Antoniello. Hired after Complex was acquired by Verizon and Hearst in a joint venture, he was responsible for creating strategic external partnerships as well as optimizing internal operations across content and business functions spanning Complex Networks’ portfolio of millennial-focused brands. Prior to Complex, Dev led Partnerships & Operations at media startup Whistle Sports, an emerging sports media brand, data/analytics consultancy, and content network. Dev spent the first 6 years of his career at Google, the first 4 working in its sales practice before transitioning to YouTube to manage new partnerships focused on the sports vertical.

Maggie Hsu is the Global Business Development Lead for Amazon Managed Blockchain. Previously, she led business development for Fluidity, a technology provider for tokenizing and trading securities on Ethereum. Prior to that, Maggie was Chief of Staff for Tony Hsieh of Zappos.com, as well as a consultant at McKinsey. She holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from Harvard University.
