ROLE: Global Head of DEI (GHDEI) Partnership •Serve as primary thought-partner to GHDEI and liaison as needed with DEI team and stakeholders • Partner closely (closest) with GHDEI on overall strategy, operations, people and change-management • Serve as advisor and trusted resource to DEI Leadership team. Be a proxy for GHDEI where applicable, and lead projects/initiatives where appropriate on behalf of Leadership team. • Anticipate challenges and proactively solution in partnership with GHDEI • Keep visibility across Global DEI team, including regional partners to ensure GHDEI is informed and able to make timely decisions Operations & People • Enhance alignment across pillars and regional partners, create meshing points, and implement evidence-based best practices globally for DEI initiatives and programs • Create and manage strategy for DEI team budget. Manage annual, quarterly and increment spend cycles including timelines and impact of spends • Create and manage strategy for DEI QBRs (define audience, content, and cadence) • Co-own OKRs: Calibration, adjustments, measuring/tracking outcomes • Drive strategy and content for monthly all-hands, annual offsites, and team building activities • Oversees strategy for ongoing team upskilling in core competencies within DEI, Program Management and Change-Management • Manage and track AES plan implementation and updates • Prepare presentation materials for internal speaking engagements, staff meetings, outside presentations/articles, board of director meetings and more • Manage outcomes for key global programs including;Building Inclusion, Adobe Leader Excellence and New Values integration • Manage a team of direct reports who execute key business operations and people projects for pillars and team Global Regions • Work with regional partners to shape regional strategies (70/30). • Meet weekly with Global partners to keep them engaged as key members of the team and informed on key updates. • Funnel best practices to and from regional partners to ensure maximization of resourcing and strategy. • Complete bi-annual Global calibration (refresh strategy and priorities post evaluation)
