I serve communities of Ops professionals to achieve their greatest career aspirations.I founded Upslope, an online business school focused on tactics & tools, not just theory & networking; we offer lessons, apprenticeships, and job search help. I sold it to Sylva.Previously, I led Business Operations at Pathpoint, working on regulatory compliance, finance, HR, IT, process design & automation, revenue ops, and more. Prior to that, I did Business Operations at Newfront Insurance. There, I designed, implemented, and automated processes to free people do to more important, meaningful work. Before that, I helped household names set corporate & product strategy to spur top-line growth as a consultant; prior to that, I was the CEO of Trendify, a machine learning startup to predict startup exits for VCs. I recently completed a course of study in Full Stack Web Development at Lambda School. I am also a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, where I studied Business Administration and English.
