I found the CoS network when I was interviewing, and have now landed at Treeswift as a first hire on their product operations team. Right now many of my responsibilities are also CoS level (setting OKRs for the first time across the company, defining a hiring plan post series A including target leadership profiles, etc). Because I'm in charge of building out many functions, and report directly to the CEO to offer him council, I would really appreciate being part of a network of professionals who are required to do the same thing so I can learn best practices.
