I grew up in South Bend, Indiana. After college, I left the Midwest to explore more of the world. I spent time working abroad in Cairo, explored the world of finance as an investment banker in New York, and joined the non-profit realm working for Barefoot College in India. As my passions shifted to doing work that was focused on financial inclusion at the consumer level, I came out to San Francisco to work at Kiva and learn about how technology could be leveraged to improve a broken financial system. From that introduction, I shifted to working at early stage start-ups in 2018 at EarnUp, taking on roles in business development, corporate development, and now, as Chief of Staff.
I've loved learning from our customers during my time at EarnUp on how to build a better payment experience and help them have a better relationship with money.
