Micki Erickson

I have been a COS for a little over 10 years, and though I have loads of experience and knowledge there is so much that I do not know! I like being a part of a community where there is trust, open communication, learning and sharing. Our jobs can be lonely at times and it is rewarding to learn from others in like roles.
