Over the past 15 years, I've dedicated my career to management, with a strong focus on strategic planning. In my previous role as a Managing Partner at Logiscool Colombia, I achieved a remarkable 66% semester-to-semester sales growth and fostered a client-centric team that consistently earned a satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5.
The majority of my professional journey has been with IBM, where I led various initiatives, such as the Audit Program, resulting in an impressive 80% reduction in fraud, and the NPS program, maintaining consistent ratings above 40.
As COO I developed different strategies to close specific gaps resulting in a 10% increase in pipeline. This not only resulted in an increase in operational results but on identifying valuable learning opportunities for our sales team.
For most of my career, I have always had roles within Operations. I’ve been COO for different regions and different companies where I have designed processes and management systems across different areas like Business Operations, Incentives and Commissions, HR and Compensations and Business Controls. I excel at implementing comprehensive Management Systems within organizations, I’m data driven which has made me a great advisor to Management in all my roles.
This experience was very important when I decided to be an entrepreneur and create a company from scratch, handling all legal details, the recruitment, hiring and training of my team, defining salaries, pricing strategies, local regulations and Marketing strategies in addition to the day-to-day operation. All this was possible because I was able to define a thorough Management System that helped me oversee the end-to-end process.
Last year I took some time off and had the opportunity to think what I wanted to do next which given the experience I have, I knew I wanted to be a Chief of Staff. Right now I'm CoS at Emmersion Capital.
Beyond my professional life, I'm passionate about jewelry design, a hobby I pursue in my spare time. I'm an avid reader, I always love to read a good book and of course traveling with my family.
