Katrin Stigge

As a business mentor and sparring partner, I accompany assistants and managers in their daily work in the company to show and clearly position themselves as goal-oriented future shapers, forward movers and appreciators. I support them in trusting their uniqueness and versatility and thus in making their personal contribution to the success of the company and its corporate culture. I opened my own academy ANIMARTES in May 2021. The offerings include master classes and train-the-trainer, online courses, further education to become a "Chief of Staff" (GSM, Level 5) and "Executive Business Partner" (GSM, Level 4) as well as her business mentoring. I look forward to be in exchange with this community, learn and grow. The CoS-role is not very known in Europe yet. My vision is to change that. Fun fact: I love biscuits, I like cakes. The truth is that I am only baking cakes to eat the dough. From time to time, when friends visit and they want to bring something, I get dough ... sometimes in a simple box, sometimes in an empty box of chocolates;-)
