I am chief of staff to the CEO of Aera Technology, an enterprise SaaS company (450 people, Series D). I started the role 1 month ago, so I am looking to learn best onboarding practices and tools to implement better corporate processes as our company grows. But otherwise, I have had a varied business career and also did an MBA. A fun fact is that I learned to swim as an adult 3 years ago, and now I swim laps twice a week.
