Based in New Jersey, Kareema Thomas is a strategic business partner and arts curator melding her interests in developer tools, product and design. Currently she is the Chief of Staff for Engineering, Product & Design at Vercel - a Series C startup company that provides a platform for frontend frameworks and static sites, built to integrate with headless content, commerce, or database. Having supported passionate industry leaders who have made great impact at some of the most influential developer tooling companies like GitHub, Dropbox and SAP, Kareema brings a wealth of first-hand experience in strategic planning, business operations and change management. With art curation, criticism and exhibition making as her first passion, Kareema approaches the CoS discipline from a place of both creativity and innovation.
