In my most recent position at EotLabs/Peaq technology GmbH, I served as Head of Operations and member of the management team. In this role, I provided strategic and operational support to the CEO and the rest of the leadership team, whilst ensuring that the company's operations are aligned with its vision and mission. Overseeing critical processes, finding solutions for underperforming ones, trying to drive the overall success of the organization. I was made responsible for making strategic decisions around growth, people, product, tech, and business operations. I acted as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and decision-making Ensure that the company’s operations are aligned with its vision and mission. Monitor company performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed. Develop and maintain internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives.
