I am a new-to-the-role CoS with 15 years of experience in operations;particularly SMB and start-ups. I currently work for a Seed stage company implementing their HR, finance, process/systems & culture. I am looking to share and gain resources from those in the 0-1 phase, learn from more advanced CoS' & generally be apart of a community of like-minded individuals.
