I serve as Chief of Staff to the Founder and CEO of Adam Hergenrother Companies. I am also the co-author of The Founder & The Force Multiplier: How Entrepreneurs and Executive Assistants Achieve More Together. I help leaders clarify their vision, find organizational gaps, and create the road map for how to get their vision from A to Z. Asking questions is my superpower, which leads to better decision making across the organization. I have worked side-by-side with Adam Hergenrother for over ten years, ensuring that Adam’s vision is clarified, communicated, and executed. I also provides strategic counsel to key leaders within the organization and leads special projects focused on the growth of the organization. Right now we are working on our year-long leadership training program, launching a new podcast, writing a new book in the Founder & Force Multiplier series, starting a mortgage, title, and insurance company, as well as developing a SaaS solution for leaders and their force multipliers.
