I’m a leader at a tech startup by day. By night, early mornings, and weekends, I’m a people person in all senses of the phrase, including as a coach and mentor. I've been a leader and manager at early-stage fintech and healthcare startups for the last 5 years. I immersed myself in leading and teaching early on - as a Division I student athlete and team captain, I also led a team of 70 women. I've progressed through job searches, pivoted industries, designed new positions, and energetically hired and managed hundreds of people. I have expertise in building teams, developing and coaching new managers, project management, and executing on sales goals.
