I have an accounting and finance background and my prior role was at Accenture in corporate finance. I joined Hartigen Solutions, a small software company, as their Manager of Operations to help them put policies, procedures and systems in place to allow us to expand out of a start-up mentality. Since Operations encompasses more than accounting and finance, I am hoping to learn as much as possible about how to add the most value in the Operations/Chief of Staff role.
I love to travel and have visited 6 of the 7 continents, with Africa being the last one to conquer.
Looking forward to connecting with others and sharing knowledge, especially as I am not as familiar with Operations areas other than Finance and Accounting. I plan to attend events to learn and grow as much as possible. Being able to get advice on topics will be incredibly valuable.
