Danielle Poleski

I'm a first time Chief of Staff at an EdTech startup since February of this year. I was the first hire on the team 3 years ago, originally as a program coordinator but naturally wore many hats across product, marketing and sales. Currently, I work alongside our CEO, with a focus on business expansion to the B2B space, marketing and hiring as we continue to grow our team. Before joining this company, my career has always been within startups -- I love to learn and figure things out as I go, which has made this role so perfect for me but at the same time, finding myself lonely as the sole person in this position on my org! I'm looking to learn from and support other CoS - it's a challenging and exciting role but I'm looking for a community to grow with!
