Cynthia is a leader with over a decade of strategic business development and operational experience helping Fortune 500 companies and venture-backed start-ups. She has deep experience scaling companies and developing consumer-facing businesses. Cynthia has a track record of implementing transformational strategies, leading and developing high performing teams and working as a strategic thought leader with C-level executives.
Cynthia is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), has helped develop and implement multiple DEI frameworks and has acted as an advocate and thought leader when implementing DEI programs in different organizations.
Cynthia was named Rising Star by the Women’s Bond Club’s in 2017 –awarded to the next generation of women leaders in the Financial Services Industry. She is a proud, native Puerto Rican and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
