Caroline Walker

Nonprofit professional with a heart for education, international affairs, gender equality and all things music-related. Experienced in nonprofit administration, fund development, and senior level leadership. My skills range from Human Resources, budgeting, fundraising to written & oral communication, time management, and conflict resolution. My current role as Chief of Staff allows me to act as chief connector between teams, partner organizations, executives and directors. I love being able to drive projects across all aspects of the organization to completion;creating and maintaining a coherent operating rhythm for my staff;and being a strategic thought partner to my Executive Director & Deputy Director. I hope to glean meaningful connections with COS across industries to improve By day, I'm a problem-solver and inter-departmental mediator set out to improve organizational communication and efficiency. By night, I'm a singer, dancer, and playlist enthusiast. NYC-based and Memphis-raised! Fun fact: I play the harp :)
