Caroline Walker

I’m a nonprofit Chief of Staff entering my third year in the role. I worked my way up from Executive Assistant, then Development Associate, to a role on the organization’s leadership team. My role combines strategic vision planning with my executives, creating and managing HR/People ops systems, and being the connective glue between teams and partner organizations across the US and the Middle East. I hope to learn from Chiefs across different fields and industries in looking to grow within my position while also looking to transition into a new role in the near future.
