Carlyn Worthy

I'm a force multiplier for the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development Officer at Lambda Legal, the nation's oldest LGBTQ+ civil rights law firm. My role has expanded from administrative responsibilities to project and initiative management. As we continue to celebrate the firm's 50th anniversary, I've been charged with overseeing public education projects designed to expand our donor and volunteer bases, managing our litigation data for implementation in our capital fundraising campaign, managing internal communications for our executive and senior leadership teams, and more. To better leverage the time and impact of Lambda's C-Suite, I'm seeking best practices from peers in this network who are seasoned in the role. I also hope to offer my perspective as a force multiplier with non-profit and for-profit experience.
