I have been in a Chief of Staff position for the last 10 months at a Series A flexible housing start-up headquartered in Barcelona. Through this network, I hope to leverage all of the learnings others have accumulated during their times as Chief of Staff in companies of different maturity stages and industries. Likewise, I hope to impart some of the learnings made through my time at a high growth yet still early stage start-up. Thus far, we have raised 40m USD in funding and hired 160 employees so I have lots to share in the region of investor relations and senior level recruiting in particular!
