Ali Sardinia

Ali is Chief of Staff at Order.co, a guided B2B marketplace with a mission to simplify buying for businesses. In her current role, she partners closely with the CEO and Executive Team on special projects, from managing executive and internal communications to strategic planning and company goal setting. Prior to joining Order.co, Ali was Chief of Staff at Managed by Q, the platform for workplace management. During her five years there, she held multiple roles with responsibilities ranging from executive operations, fundraising efforts, M&A, change management, nationwide employee onboarding during a time of rapid company growth, and overseeing a 12,500 square foot office move. Before Managed by Q, Ali was an account coordinator at The Brandman Agency, a global communications agency specializing in luxury travel and lifestyle. Her clients included world-renowned brands including Banyan Tree, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and The Palmer House Hilton. Ali attended Miami University and received degrees in English Literature and Professional Writing.
