I have been a startup operations leader for 14+ years now, either as a founder or an early stage employee. I have worked in ecommerce, grocery delivery, education and now healthcare. I enjoy translating strategy into execution, and figuring out how to build high performing teams to go after BHAGs (big hairy audacious goals). I am currently a Chief of Staff at a Series B healthcare startup called AllStripes.
